本課程為日文系二年級學生必修課程,旨在訓練學生中日文對譯之基礎能力。
課程的進行將先使用『日本語表現文型』,從短文的翻譯練習開始,然後使用講義,讓學生做長篇文章的翻譯練習。授課方式係由教師預先指定預習範圍,說明注意要點,翌週在課堂上當堂讓學生作翻譯練習,最後由教師訂正並講解學生錯誤之處。
教材為筑波大學日本語教育研究會編『日本語表現文型』(中級)及講義。
評分方式：期中考（30％）+期末考（30％）+平時分數（40％）。

Japanese Translation I
Prerequisite: Sophomores of Japanese Dept.
Credits：4
This course is a required course for the Sophomores of Japanese Department. It is aimed at cultivating students’ basic skills of Chinese-Japanese translation.
The major text is Nihongo Hyogen Bunkei. Translation exercises will start with short articles and then handouts of long articles will follow. Articles to be previewed will be assigned in advance and important instructions will be announced at the same time. The translation exercise will be done in class in the following week. Finally, the professor will correct and explain students’ errors.
